"Contacted 1 month ago about coverage change for one of the vehicles I hardly drive. Never heard back and ask again as I paid premium and was told mileage adjusted but cost still the same. I will keep looking for better options. Thanks"

"Not trying to fix one letter on a check she issued when it should’ve been directly deposit back in my father’s account she tried to take advantage of a senior take from your account but send you a check when you go to the store you pay with a car you get your money back on your card now he has a check that his bank won’t take that he can’t cash because his ID expired, he had assurance with someone else for two years and for a month or two they was charging him too. They put my name on the check. I have a PA ID. I’m not even ID to this address. so now I have to take my father to get ID get my ID switch so it says this address so we can cash a check that we had for two months now because of her mistake she should’ve just sent the check in his name. The first time they sent it so he could have cashed it at a check cashing place while his ID was good. No she wanted to go back-and-forth about my name being junior when it should’ve been senior."
